What a great product this is! I bought it for my vacation to try it out because I didn't want all the hassle.
Inserting and removing takes a little practice at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's fantastic! On my heaviest days, I can easily leave the disc in for five to six hours without emptying it (unlike every two hours with tampons), and on lighter days, at least eight hours. Swimming is also easy with it. One minor drawback is the auto-dump; it doesn't work automatically for me (I have to pull the disc forward a little to get it to work). I wear a size L (I've had two deliveries).
